Lika Petitt 

is the Co-Founder of First Point Partners, an executive search firm specialising in the placement of investment professionals across the European private equity market. With approximately 40% of her placements involving cross-border relocations, Lika brings a nuanced and international perspective to talent acquisition in this highly competitive space.

Lika began her career at renowned London-based search firm Walker Hamill, where she focused on supporting junior professionals transitioning into mid to large-cap private equity funds. She then gained hands-on industry experience with roles in origination at Chiltern Capital, a UK-focused fund, and in Investor Relations at Pantheon, a global private markets investor. Having operated as a candidate, client, and recruiter, she offers a rare 360-degree insight into the private equity talent landscape.

She holds an MSc in the Neuroscience and Psychology of Mental Health from King’s College London, and an MSc in Psychology from Birkbeck University of London. She is accredited by the British Psychological Society.

Anna Bebel

is the Co-Founder of First Point Partners and specialises in placing C-level executives into private equity-backed, mid-market companies. She began her career in an executive search boutique in Poland and later she moved to London to join PER, a leading recruitment firm for the investment sector, where she independently developed the CEE market from scratch.

She has over a decade of experience in executive search, working across Europe and the Middle East and has developed a reputation for her ability to identify and attract transformational leaders for high-growth portfolio companies.

As an active member of the private equity community, Anna is passionate about knowledge-sharing and building connections across markets. She regularly hosts networking events in Warsaw, creating platforms for investors and executives to exchange insights and experiences. In addition, she is frequently invited to speak on industry panels where she shares perspectives on talent strategy, leadership challenges and emerging trends shaping the private equity landscape.

Anna holds a BA in Psychology from Kozminski University.
